Return & Refund Policy

All items sold by FACTCHECK LABEL are carefully inspected and accurately described before being listed for sale. Product photos form an integral part of the item description.

Due to the nature of our products, including pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal preference, size, colour, or any other reason unrelated to an error on our part.

If the item you receive is materially different from its description, has a significant undisclosed defect, or if an error was made with your order, please contact us at hello@factchecklabel.ca within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue.

Each request will be reviewed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
